Mainly, memory and cpu power. Time will tell, and hopefully we'll have an official statement on the subject soon. But right now it's likely that even the developers don't know for sure if the 770 will have the horsepower to run the client...it's likely to be a decision that's made at the end of the optimization cycle based on test results.
